addtempo filter

Set the tempo of the score

The addtempo filter adds a *MM interpretation with the give tempo at the start of a Humdrum file.

The tempo is specified as a floating-point number with the -q option.

Future enhancements

*Allow adding tempo changes at specified points in the score. *Allow replacing/removing tempo interpretations.
